Princess Roxy Wins at Doncaster
Princess Roxy won well at Doncaster on Saturday under a great ride from Kielan Woods to take the competitive directlinegroupcareers.com British EBF Mares' Standard National Hunt Flat Race. Roxy was making her debut under rules for the Swanee River Partnership having been purchased at the Cheltenham sales after winner her sole point-to-point start. She is an exciting addition to the yard and will be aimed at another bumper in around 3-4 weeks time.
Wisecracker continued the good run of form finishing 3rd at Doncaster on Friday under Daryl Jacob, he was having his first run after a small wind op which enabled him to finish out his race which he hadn't been doing previously. Wish In A Well also finished 3rd at Fakenham under Max Kendrick and Graceful Legend put up a good performance at Ascot in the OLBG.com Mares' Grade 2 under Kielan Woods to finish 3rd, gaining black type for her pedigree.
I managed to purchase another mare at Doncaster sales called Megaboost, she finished 2nd in her point-to-point and should be a fun horse for her new owners.
Entries this week include Dakkar Collonges, Crookstown, Zara's Reflection, Shanroe Saint and Mazurati.
